Thin Mint Cupcakes (Taken with Instagram): They are dark chocolate, with a thin mint cookie bottom, stuffed with a Thin Mint/Cream Cheese Truffle, topped off with an Andes De Menth/Bittersweet/Semi-Sweet chocolate Ganache made with heavy whipping cream and whole milk.
